THE GOOD BODY SPACE.
Your pain isn't random. It's a pattern.
And patterns can be interrupted.

Welcome to Fieldwork.
The Good Body Space isn’t a studio.
It’s the living space inside you — between tension and breath, pattern and possibility.
It’s where new movement begins: in the field.
What do I mean by ‘the field’?
When I say field, I mean the full living matrix you exist within and contribute to — your body, your breath, your attention, your relationships, and the world around you.
It’s your fascia, your nervous system, your emotional resonance with others.
It’s also the light outside, the pressure in the air, the feeling in the room.
You’re not separate from your environment — you’re always in relationship with it.
The field is where your patterns live.
And it’s where new ones can be made.

Why Patterns Matter
Pain, tension, and stuckness aren’t random.
They are patterned movements in your field —
shaped over time by repetition, breath, posture, and perception.
When a pattern is repeated long enough, it disappears from view.
It just feels like “you.”
But patterns are not fixed.
They are movable.
This work isn’t about fixing.
It’s about creating conditions for new coherence to emerge —
not through force,
not by unearthing old stories,
but by participating with the field until something starts to shift.

What Fieldwork Looks Like
Fieldwork isn’t a technique.
It’s a way of meeting your field with precision, breath, and relational space.
It is gentle, precise, practical. It blends somatic techniques—Pain Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, breath and heart coherence—with insights from quantum physics and consciousness studies.
Everything you experience is patterned—held by your fascia, mirrored by your nervous system, shaped by your beliefs. We don’t change by forcing the external world or getting lost in stories—we change by shifting the habits stabilised in our bodies and minds.
The moment you open space to see your patterns they begin to shift. And so, your reality shifts too—gently, immediately, inevitably.
SIGNALS FROM FIELDWORKERS
-
I was referred to a consultant neurosurgeon who prescribed strong painkillers and, post an MRI, a steroid injection.I went to see Laine and the pain has gone, no painkillers since and no steroid injection.

-
The depth of the work has extended beyond eliminating pain and has led to me making connections between my pain and my lived experiences, story and the patterns that I had got stuck in over time. I now understand the form and function of my pain and ultimately how to create a safe space within myself to be free from it.

The treatments are relaxing and enjoyable. Laine is a knowledgeable practitioner with a deep understanding of the body. I feel so lucky and grateful to have met Laine. She transformed my life when all else had failed.

The Fieldwork process- fieldtrips
Space, structure, and support to shift the patterns your body has been carrying.
True change doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens gently—in the space between—
where breath softens, protection relaxes,
and your body’s deeper patterns begin to move again.
Fieldtrips are guided explorations of the field you're always living within—the interplay of your fascia, breath, nervous system, and consciousness.
You’ll learn to notice the subtle ways you create and sustain your reality—and how to softly interrupt old patterns, breath by breath,
to create the conditions for something new.
